How many times do I have to fall down

Before I start paying attention?

And how many times, do I have to get sick

Before I start thinking “prevention”?

As many times as it takes to wise up

And to “get” what supports and is serving

But till then I’ll try to convince myself that

I am worthy… enough… and deserving!
